Free Shipping and Returns in USA

We are offering free ground shipping and returns on all items. Orders are sent by FedEx Ground Shipping or UPS or USPS and usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days ( depending on the state where the product is shipped to). We ship from our warehouse in New York. All bags might have a processing time of 4-5 days. Some styles ship the same day.

Shipping to Europe

We now ship to most countries in Europe. Free shipping to Europe is available to select countries for a short time. Processing time is about 4-5 days and shipping time can be anywhere between 7 to 15 days. Though we try our best to deliver within a week. Shipping carriers delays are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for all custom duties.

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand

We now ship to Australia and New Zealand. Rates can be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all custom duties.

Shipping to Asia

We do not ship to PO boxes in USA or outside USA. We ship free of charge to 48 states only, Alaska and Hawaii residents must pay shipping charges.
