Returns

Full price merchandise purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Email sales@shopalkemeatelier.com for a return label. This is for domestic shipping only. Simply use the return label to return the item.

Customers living outside of USA, please contact customer service at sales@shopalkemeatelier.com to return an item. At this time a return label is not provided to customers outside of USA. At this time we do not offer free international returns.

Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of delivery date within USA.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered in any way. All tags must be attached. If tags have been removed we cannot accept returns. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Upon receipt of returned goods, our company reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

We do not ship to PO boxes in USA or outside USA. We ship free of charge to 48 states only, Alaska and Hawaii residents must pay shipping charges.

Alkeme Atelier bags purchased at any department stores or other stores selling Alkeme Atelier merchandise cannot be returned to www.shopalkemeatelier.com You must contact the store where you purchased the product.
